  Shocking service & attitude After having a new tyre fitted on my girlfriends car, whilst doing 70mph on the motorway their was a very worrying rattling noise coming from that corner of the car. When stopped, we discovered that one of the bolts holding the wheel onto the car was completely missing and the others we're sufficiently loose that it was actually vibrating the car when in moton. You can imagine the distress a young women was in when this happened! Either the bolt was never put back on, or it was that loose it simply came out staight away (this was noticed 2 days after visiting the garage - low car usage you see. When we confronted Tyre Zone we we're met by a rude, obnoxtious man who when we asked for a full refund for the tyre work and any damage to the car that may have occured became too defensive and queite honestly rude. I would definately not use Tyre Zone ever again - I would rather simply walk!
