  My husband took my wedding dress to be cleaned and professionally packed in tissue for storage. After a month of waiting the dress finally arrived back poorly packaged with the veil missing and someone else's dirty clothes bag folded on top of the clean tissue. We phoned to tell them the veil was missing and without even checking they started arguing there was never a veil in the box. After checking she found out the veil had been left at the cleaner and said she would collect it although she was not apologetic. We asked for the dress to re packaged as the bones of the corset were all bent out of shape and storing the dress like that would ruin it. Again haughty and difficult the shop owner repackaged it while huffing and puffing and pointing out my husband was wrong. Appalling service and attitude form this shop. Still not happy with the level of the packing of the dress. Recently ordered some shoes online and they came better packed than this. Basically treat their customers like they are a massive pain in the neck for just wanting what they paid for.
