The checkout operator (male, tall) just kept his conversation going with another person rather than focusing on his present customer, there was no hello, Thankyou for shopping at Charles Dickens, nothing, I felt completely blanked, this gentleman’s customer service skills are below standard and believe he may need to sit a course in greeting customers.
